Review requests are sent via email after the execution of each event. Our customers have the option of reviewing and posting to the corresponding chef and menu. We post ALL reviews whether positive or negative. It is up to the Chef to maintain their positive reviews and in turn, Chefs with a higher rating will populate before Chefs with lower ratings or reviews. This is their incentive for going above and beyond creating an unforgettable experience.
