All tips should go directly to the Chef. Each chef has several digital forms of payment. Please reach out to us if you'd like to send your chef a tip before or after your event. Similar to restaurants, our chefs average 20-30% of an events subtotal. Here are some things to take into account when factoring in your tip:
Communication:
Did your chef reach out within 48 hours of booking?
How was the communication with your chef leading up to your event?
Was the chef able to answer all of your questions or point you in the right direction to someone who could?
Execution:
Did your chef arrive on time and prepared?
Was the quality of food what you'd expect?
Was your chef personable and friendly?
Departure:
Was the kitchen clean and all used items stored away?
Did the chef notify you of their departure and ask if the event and kitchen were satisfactory?
